Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and certified Social Media & Paid Media Specialist to lead performance marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate is a master of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and search marketing—someone who knows how to build, target, optimize, and scale campaigns across social and search ecosystems to place our brand on Page One and at the top of mind for our audiences.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media and paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strategically target audiences through segmentation, lookalike modeling, retargeting, and interest/behavior-based layers.
  • Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SEO/SEM audits.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to achieve performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC).
  • Implement conversion tracking, tag management, and pixel integrations (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.).
  • Leverage first-party and CRM data to personalize messaging and improve targeting accuracy.
  • Drive A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize performance.
  • Monitor analytics dashboards and deliver actionable insights through regular performance reports.
