About the Role:

We're looking for a versatile, results-driven marketer who can do two things exceptionally well: build and grow our social media presence and run paid ad campaigns that deliver real, measurable results. This is a hands-on role for someone creative enough to make content people engage with, and analytical enough to turn ad spend into leads, sales, and growth. You'll own our social channels end to end and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms — taking full responsibility for both the creative and the numbers. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media:

• Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned to brand and campaign goals.
• Write engaging captions and copy; coordinate visuals and short-form video.
• Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and grow the audience.
• Track social performance and use insights to improve reach and engagement.

Performance Marketing:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage budgets efficiently to maximise ROI and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
• Build and test audiences, creatives, and ad copy; run A/B tests to improve results.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Analyse campaign data and optimise continuously for leads, sales, and ROAS.
• Report on key metrics — spend, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS — with clear insights and next steps.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience across social media management and paid performance marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social accounts and running profitable ad campaigns (be ready to share examples and results).
• Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; familiarity with TikTok and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Solid understanding of analytics and conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM).
• Creative eye for content paired with a sharp, data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns at once, and work fast.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A degree is preferred but not required — if you can demonstrate strong skills and real results, that's what counts.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site (no remote option).

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Because our clients and customers are based primarily in the UK, Europe, and the Americas, our working hours are aligned to those time zones to ensure we're available when our markets are active.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month + AED 350 travel allowance + Visa + Insurance
