Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate will be Google Ads certified, with proven experience in building, managing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns. Beyond Google Ads, you will also manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads while helping oversee our social media accounts. Additionally, strong email marketing experience is required to support ongoing customer retention and engagement strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Manage and refine Facebook & Instagram Ads, including audience targeting, creatives, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct regular keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to drive ROI improvements.
  • Develop retargeting strategies and conversion funnels.
  • Ensure proper tracking setup with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
  • Collaborate with the team on landing page optimization for improved conversion rates.
  • Oversee and support organic Facebook and Instagram account management (posting, engagement, brand consistency).
  • Plan, create, and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, automation flows, segmentation, testing).
