The position We are currently looking for a Social Media, PR & Communications Director to join and lead our Social Media & Communications team. This person will own and elevate Star Stable’s social media, PR and communications into a cohesive storytelling and reputation engine that builds trust, improves player sentiment, amplifies community creativity, and drives sustainable organic growth. What you’ll do Set vision, strategy and priorities for Social, PR and Communications Shape and protect the brand in the outside world, ensuring a clear, consistent and compelling presence across Social, PR and Communications Lead and develop the Social & Community team Drive community‑led campaigns (UGC, referrals, collaborative creation) Oversee PR planning & execution, announcements and media relations Manage public sentiment and reputational risk Work cross-functionally and align closely with Product, Game, Legal and the extended Marketing team Define success metrics for sentiment, engagement and organic reach Turn community passion into stories, events, and PR moments that people want to share and talk about beyond our own community. We think you have 10+ Senior leadership experience in Social, PR or Communications Experience leading teams Experience in gaming, entertainment or youth‑focused brands Experience working with highly engaged online communities Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) It’s a plus if you have Experience managing public sentiment and reputational risk Background in PR, journalism or brand communications Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing or Media Perks for joining us?
