Under direct supervision from the City Manager, the Social Medial/Public Information Officer is responsible for managing the City’s online presence, crafting engaging content and fostering community engagement across various social media platforms. This role coordinates all internal and external City communications with the objective of enhancing the jurisdiction’s image through sound community relations and reliable dissemination of public information
