Description Job Title: Social Media Representative Department: Marketing Reports To: Divisional Lead Position Type: Full Time Position Classification: Non-exempt Supervisor Responsibility: No Job Description The Social Media Representative will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the success of your respective divisions within the Enthusiast Enterprises through our social media, forums, and attentive accounts. Requirements Job Duties Maintain standard response times through our social media outlets Respond to our replying customers through our attentive platform in which we send out SMS messages for promotions and other marketing-related opportunities. Communicate with those who are asking questions or providing feedback across the forums in which we are actively involved with. Maximizing our social media presence by making sure each division that you are responsible for has active accounts and is maintaining relationships with our respective following across each platform. Monitor and respond if necessary to ALL direct messages and ALL comments on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Threads, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and Tik Tok. Post photo/video stories daily of great user-generated, sales-related, or behind-the-scenes content. Moderate all of our social media platforms daily to ensure we maintain a positive brand image by removing fake and malicious user profiles, spam, scams, and trolling from social media posts and comments Our content is evergreen, which means comments are going to still come through on older content that must be looked at and responded to if necessary. Ensure we provide a barrier between social media and customer service by researching and accurately answering questions revolving around order-related issues. Ensure we are providing accurate links to anyone who has asked a question that could potentially generate a site visit and or sale. Ensure we are communicating as a BUSINESS, this is not a personal social media channel, and while we can have some fun with it, we must make sure we are communicating with professionalism. Research, reach out, and document all proactive communication with any potential influencers or ambassadors we are interested in working with. Monitor and audit existing ambassador programs When possible, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to understand and reiterate each company’s key metrics and why they are important to the company’s success Communication Proficient Customer Focus Develops Standards/Checklists Enthusiast in the car and truck industry Follows Processes Market Knowledge Organizational Skills Takes Direction Time Management Skills Minimum Requirements Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree Experience At least 1 year of experience operating social media platforms At least 6 months of Copywriting experience preferred At least 6 months of Photoshop experience preferred Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday AND weekends. This position will require 40-45 hours per week, a hybrid between office and remote on evenings and weekends. Expectations Be willing to travel and attend shows with the team up to 5% of the year.
