Roles & Responsibilities

• Create, edit, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms, with a strong focus on YouTube.
• Grow and scale social media accounts through organic, results-driven strategies.
• Stay up to date with trends, platform changes, and audience behaviour.
• Adapt content quickly to maximise reach, engagement, and performance.
• Plan and organise content to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
• Work closely with videographers and photographers to brief, capture, and refine content.
• Take full ownership of the content pipeline, from idea generation through to publishing.
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimise based on analytics and results.
• Use AI tools where appropriate to improve creativity, productivity, and efficiency.
• Maintain strong visual, brand, and quality standards across all platforms.
• Post content manually when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing social media platforms, particularly YouTube.
• Strong understanding of what makes content perform, engage audiences, and gain traction online.
• Hands-on experience with content creation and editing.
• Excellent content planning, organisation, and management skills.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and detail.
• Ability to work quickly, proactively, and adapt to trends in real time.
• Comfortable managing and publishing content manually.
• Highly motivated, organised, and results-driven.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• Must be available to work full-time from our office.
• Must be available to start as soon as possible.
