We’re seeking highly motivated Social Media Sales & Support Agents to join a fast-growing digital engagement project. As part of our outreach team, you’ll play a crucial role in connecting with potential users, guiding them through onboarding processes, and offering real-time support via social platforms. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that blends direct sales, lead generation, and customer service, ideal for someone who enjoys online interaction and thrives on delivering results. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with users in social media communities (primarily Facebook) to promote and support digital offers. Conduct high-volume direct messaging (DMs) to build interest and drive sign-ups. Assist users through the onboarding process and provide step-by-step support. Handle inquiries regarding account setup, platform navigation, and general troubleshooting. Provide real-time guidance for online transactions (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, account verifications). Execute aggressive outreach strategies — frequent posting, following up with leads, and staying persistent. Report performance metrics, conversion rates, and user feedback to the project team. Experienced in sales and negotiation. Strong communicator with a sales-oriented mindset. Comfortable working independently and hitting performance targets. Confident in online interactions, especially in Facebook groups, chats, and forums. Detail-oriented and reliable in following up with user queries and tracking progress. Tech-savvy with the ability to guide users through mobile/web-based platforms. A structured commission system with earning potential based on performance.
