Salary: National Minimum Wage (depending on age) + performance bonuses

ABOUT US

DK Watches is a luxury watch boutique specialising in Rolex, Omega, and other high-end timepieces. We operate both online and in-store, and we’re looking for a confident, organised, and creative individual to join our team. The role involves helping to grow our online presence, managing product listings, keeping our stock records accurate, providing excellent customer service, and assisting customers in person in our Southport store.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Confident and professional appearance on camera
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• High attention to detail in photography, listings, and stock records
• Some experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram
• Willingness to learn and self-develop using online resources to improve TikTok and social media content creation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Watch knowledge is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
• Must live locally to Southport or be able to reliably commute to 495 Lord Street

KEY DUTIES:

• Product Listings – Photograph watches, write accurate and appealing descriptions, and upload to eBay, Chrono24, and other platforms.
• Customer Service – Respond to enquiries via Instagram, phone, and email in a professional and friendly manner.
• Admin & Stock Control – Log watches into stock as they arrive, update records when sold, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Social Media Content – Create TikTok and Instagram videos featuring yourself on camera, presenting and discussing watches clearly and confidently.
