The company is known for its hands-on craft, high-quality product offering, and a strong focus on personal service. Now, they’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable creating a great Instagram post as they are picking up the phone to speak to new customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA & SALES SPECIALIST SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a bit of everything
· Enjoy talking to people and building relationships, whether in person, online or on the phone
· Know your way around Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, and can make content that connects
· Are organised and can manage your time well
· Like hitting goals and feeling good about your wins
· Live near Colchester or can easily commute to the office
