JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and graphic design principles to create visually appealing content.
  • Strong understanding of SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, particularly in e-commerce environments.
  • Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail in content creation.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred for producing high-quality graphics and videos.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain our company website (WIX)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in social media engagement.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach.
  • Manage the scheduling and posting of content across all social media channels using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor and report on site performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Coordinate with our sales teams to promote new builds, spec homes, and developments
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads
  • Manage our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
