SUMMARY

The Social Media Specialist drives ATS’s social media strategy, establishing our public voice and engaging audiences across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X, Youtube and more.
Using tools like Google Analytics and tag manager, CRM, and platform-specific insights, they will optimize organic and paid social strategies to boost engagement and conversions.
This role is pivotal in shaping ATS’s brand and reputation, directly impacting company growth, customer engagement, and talent acquisition through innovative, data-driven social strategies. The Social Media Specialist promotes company culture, reinforces the brand, and creates compelling, data-driven content that supports business growth.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, with a strong preference for B2B marketing and recruiting experience.
  • Expertise with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, CRM, and other social media management platforms.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of how to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal), with the ability to craft professional, brand-aligned responses independently.
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices and emerging technologies, with experience developing and executing strategies for corporate communications, PR, or customer relations to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally, including overnight travel.
