Position Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator to manage and grow our presence on Instagram and Facebook. This part-time position (20 hours per week) will involve creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, and executing Facebook Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and on-brand content for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, stories, and videos.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily posting and interactions on both Instagram and Facebook to boost engagement and community building.
  • Plan and execute Facebook Ads campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with broader marketing and branding goals.
  • Track and report on the performance of social media posts and Facebook Ads, providing actionable insights.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts for a brand or company, preferable B2B.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Ads best practices.
  • Experience with social media content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut, etc.).
  • Strong written communication skills with an strong eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and strategies.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Bilingual French and English is an asset

Hours:

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
