JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Plan, create, publish, and share new content (including original text, images, videos, and code) daily
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
  • Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy
  • Performing other duties when needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Will be able to send portfolios ( analytics and running of campaigns as required)

​​​​​​​EDUCATION AND WORK BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
