• Produce videos, podcasts, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways.
• Editing or graphic design is a must (Capcut, Canva, etc)
• Social Media Listening – using a range of Social Media Listening/Monitoring tools produce monthly reports for clients analysing their brands and benchmarking against their competitors.
• Content performance evaluation.
• Work with account teams.
• For new business, build social and digital metrics analysis into pitch proposals for new clients.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of certain products or services.
