Ability to independently work with global stakeholders social media/channels management social listening create/edit social media content Create social media measurements and reports Analyze social media sentiments Project management from proactive communication advice to social media support Do quality check of the “content” and “communication” for the social media project/s Work on global projects for the Marketing & Communications teams by providing content for social channels, both organic and paid Host sessions with stakeholders to understand the business needs In this role, candidate would be expected to construct queries in a way that, would help monitor social conversation for different businesses and geographies, as well as competitive brands, programs, products, marketing campaigns and events. He/she should have strong communication skills adaptable to various campaigns, platforms, and audiences, with the ability to synthesize information quickly and communicate complex topics (for the different worldwide geographies). Social listening and analyzing the sentiments would be integral tasks. Deciphering what is important and meaningful for business, then communicating the crisp story in a way which would give business insights based on data, help to make decisions based on the reports and analysis.
