The Position: We are looking for a passionate and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, a knack for content creation, and the ability to drive meaningful engagement with our audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, optimizing for ROI and KPIs.
  • Track and report on social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
