We’re seeking a super-talented, creative, and versatile Social Media Specialist to join our creative and growth team. You’ll be at the forefront of growing our social media accounts to maximise reach and increase our audience. • Actively post content, comment, like, and interact with audiences across all social media platforms (IG, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and Threads) to increase visibility and foster relationships.
• Actively create and manage short-form video content.
• Strategically grow followers and increase engagement on all platforms by leveraging data insights and audience behaviour.
• Stay updated on the latest social media hacks, platform trends, challenges, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.
• Track and analyse social media metrics to assess content performance and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (designers, marketers, etc.) to create viral videos and cohesive campaigns.
• Regularly stay on top of trends to jump on.
• Pitch creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy.
