Roles & Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives
• Create posters, advertisements, campaign creatives and marketing materials
• Develop creative concepts based on client requirements
• Maintain brand consistency across different projects

Photography & Videography

• Attend client locations for photo/video shoots
• Shoot products, people, events, sports and business environments
• Plan shots, angles, lighting and compositions
• Handle cameras, lenses, lighting and basic audio equipment

Video Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, promotional videos and short-form content
• Create engaging hooks, transitions, captions, motion graphics and sound design
• Adapt videos into different formats and aspect ratios
• Keep up with current social-media video trends

Content Creation

• Develop creative concepts for campaigns
• Turn marketing ideas into visually engaging content
• Assist with content calendars and campaign planning
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports client goals

Client Work

• Understand client requirements and brand guidelines
• Participate in client shoots and meetings when required
• Handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Make revisions based on client feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a creative and versatile Multimedia Content Creator to join Luminoleap and take ownership of visual content creation for our clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with graphic design, photography, videography, video editing and social media content creation. You will be involved from concept to final delivery — developing creative ideas, designing social media content, shooting photos/videos at client locations, editing reels and producing high-quality content for Instagram and other digital platforms.
