JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a motivated Social Media Specialist to effectively engage with targeted virtual communities and network users.
Our objective is to achieve exceptional customer engagement, drive social media traffic, and increase revenue through strategic utilization of the social media marketing roadmap.
The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement.
Your expertise in social media marketing will be essential in achieving our goals and establishing strong brand connections.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
• Excellent writing, creating and editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English and Hungarian

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments (F & B, sales, events etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
• Manage photo/ video shoots jointly with the social media agency
• Manager other marketing related tasks jointly with other team members
