We are looking for a talented and bilingual Social Media Specialist to join our growing team and help elevate our digital presence.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand (portfolio or examples preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong content writing skills with an understanding of tone and audience.
• Proficient in using tools like Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic design and video editing.
• Knowledge of UAE culture, market trends, and audience behaviour on social media platforms.
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) is a plus but not required.

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company goals and brand identity.
• Create engaging, bilingual content (Arabic and English) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
• Manage and schedule daily posts, stories, and video content using planning tools.
• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the team to promote real estate services, and business setup packages through social channels.
• Stay up to date with trends in social media, especially those relevant to the UAE and Gulf region.
• Support content creation efforts through photography, videography, and design when needed.
