MEA Properties LLC is a growing real estate company based in Dubai, offering a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are currently hiring a Social Media Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in real estate marketing to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing for real estate (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
• Ability to generate and track real estate leads via social platforms.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms independently.

EXPERIENCE:

Social Media Marketing in Real Estate: 1 year (required)

• Plan, create, and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content including photos, videos, stories, and reels tailored for real estate.
• Manage paid ad campaigns and boost posts to increase visibility and lead generation.
• Monitor social media trends, performance metrics, and competitor activities.
• Respond to inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies.
• Attend property viewings or content shoots as needed.
