Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive. In this position, you will be responsible in developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhances brand visibility, audience engagement, and generate valuable leads. Furthermore, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and spearheading the company’s sales expansion efforts.

  • Create a holistic social media, marketing, and strategy plan that aligns with overall business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth:
  • Optimise social media (E.g Tiktok, Facebook, XHS etc) and google accounts.
  • Includes social media calendar and budget planning.

⁃ Work and develop new growth strategies and campaigns for implementation.
⁃ Work closely with in-house design team for related designs and campaigns.

⁃ Plan and shoot collaterals required for social media e.g. IG posts and reels, and Tiktok videos.

  • Brainstorm ideas and creating creative contents (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, maintaining website images & etc) to increase views, sales and engagements.
  • Content deliverables include social media videos, photos, animations, GIFs, TikTok content and other design elements that will be used on online and offline marketing channels.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media and create marketing campaigns, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement on a weekly basis.

Job Requirements:

⁃ Preferably candidates residing in Singapore.

  • Qualifications and experience related to Communications, Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business or other related fields.

⁃ Proficient in various related platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop etc.
⁃ Excellent spoken and communication skills in English and Mandarin.

⁃ Knowledge of SEO/SEM.

  • Knowledge in the management of Shopee, TikTok & Lazada shop is a bonus.
