POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a smart, innovative, and web-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. You will be the go-to expert for setting up and managing clients’ social media profiles, local search listings, and complementary tools like online booking and review management. Your work will play a vital role in building a strong local presence for our clients and ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding client service and support across phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Guide clients through Social Media onboarding and training via phone and webinars.
  • Set up and manage client social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and local search listings.
  • Write and schedule engaging social media content for client pages.
  • Monitor trends and best practices across social media platforms and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Research platform updates and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet current standards.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs using appropriate metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
  • Maintain and create documentation and internal knowledge base resources.
  • Support additional marketing product setup and optimization as needed.
