• Work Monday - Friday• Content Strategy - Create engaging online content and tailor it for specific platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Develop a content calendar and jump on trends while aligning with brand voice and business objectives.• Content Creation and Copywriting - Develop interesting, on-brand posts, captions, video scripts, etc., and collaborate with teams to ensure all elements of the content meet quality standards.• Social Media Engagement - Strategically post content at optimal times, actively respond to comments and messages, and adjust strategies to increase engagement and visibility.• Franchise Training - Develop effective guides, toolkits, and training materials for social media strategies, lead training sessions, and advise franchisees seeking guidance.• Performance Optimization - Use platform analytics and third-party tools to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine business content.
Social Media Specialist Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or a related area• Proven copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content• Hands-on experience growing business presence across online platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube• Experience collaborating with designers and internal teams to create visually appealing, high-quality content• Deep knowledge of algorithms, trends, and strategies for driving engagement and growing audiences• Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms• Organizational skills, self-motivation to succeed, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Exceptional communication and presentation skills• Ability to communicate with people online, over the phone, and in person• Flexible problem-solving skills• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and with a team
Preferred Criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience• Experience working in the beauty industry• Proven ability to use AI prompts
