POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our clients and our brand. This role requires a blend of strategy, content creation, community engagement, and analytics. The ideal candidate is someone who’s ahead of trends, can write compelling copy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–3 years of professional social media experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
  • Video editing skills and familiarity with Reels/TikTok creation is a big plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Google Analytics and/or Meta Ads certification (

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Phame Marketing and its clients
  • Create, curate, and manage content (written, image, and video) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Schedule posts and maintain an active content calendar
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to followers and comments in a timely and authentic manner
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and platform algorithm changes
  • Collaborate with the design, digital, and account teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and client updates
  • Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns
