JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Specialist will support the social media team within Corporate Communications. Implement the corporate social media strategy, coordinating with key stakeholders across all departments to ensure its effectiveness.
This position will work remotely from a home office.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) (in Communications, Journalism preferred)
  • Experience: 1-3 years of related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

  • Experience curating content via all social media platforms in a professional setting, with specific experience in B2B paid social media
  • Stay continuously informed of the latest trends in B2B paid and organic social media best practices and implement these trends in ongoing platform optimization
  • Experience with various social media platforms and management tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and utilizing social media in lead generation and lead development.
    Compensation Data
    The pay range for this position is $65,000K – $75,000K USD annually. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities, including brand monitoring, content development and channel management.
  • Coordinate with strategic business marketing leads to develop social media campaigns aimed at meeting specific business objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators and use social data monitoring tools to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and measure success.
  • Communicate insights on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies and help identify new channels and opportunities.
  • Supporting and aligning with overall communications goals with the Chief Communications Officer.
  • Providing strategic guidance and direction on how to utilize social media to support business goals with Strategic Marketing.
  • Collaborating on development of integration communications campaigns with Marketing Operations.
