Striker Craft LLC is a small business and marketing agency in La Quinta, CA serving various businesses in the water, infrastructure, and construction industries. We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide our clients with B2B marketing services, sales team support, design, branding , messaging and promo production. We are currently in search of a Social Media Specialist that will help support our external and internal social media strategies.
Duties
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging B2B content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Experience
- Proven work experience as a B2B Social Media Specialist or similar role [Portfolio of work required]
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Strong proofreading and editing skills to ensure high-quality content
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is preferred
- Familiarity with SEO principles to optimize social media content for search engines
Bonus
- Experience with Loomly/Hubspot or similar social media management tools
- Proficient in using Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software/tools
- Basic understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS coding is a plus
