In this role, you will manage and execute the social media strategy for one of Team Liquid’s talents. You will plan and publish content, develop endorsement storylines, monitor trends, coordinate partnerships, and produce monthly performance reports to inform continued growth and engagement. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Planning & Execution Develop weekly and monthly content calendars across social platforms Plan content around key events, endorsements, and personal milestones Publish content and oversee day-to-day activity across accounts Endorsement & Creative Development Create scripts and storylines for sponsored and endorsement content Ensure content aligns with the talent’s personal brand and partner requirements Work directly with the talent to refine and execute ideas Trend & Partnership Development Monitor social media trends, memes, and emerging formats Identify opportunities to incorporate relevant trends Plan and coordinate brand or influencer partnerships Community & Performance Tracking Engage with fans and maintain consistent brand voice Prepare monthly reports reviewing engagement, traffic, and audience growth Use performance insights to guide content improvements What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field 1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills Strong familiarity with social media platforms and performance measurement tools Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Creative mindset with adaptability to changing trends You’ll Earn Bonus Points If You Have: Experience working with influencers or talent management
