Reporting to the Senior Manager of Content Creation, the Social Media Strategist will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of social content across national, Quebec, and franchise accounts. This role blends creative thinking with analytical precision, leveraging trends, audience insights, and platform tools to grow engagement and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
  • Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring campaigns are timely, cohesive, and on-brand.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor posts using Sprout Social.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including boosting through Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, delivering insights and recommendations to guide strategy.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the broader marketing team to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Monitor social trends and emerging platform features to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Support influencer and UGC strategies, including sourcing talent, managing deliverables, and measuring impact.
  • Oversee content approvals for national and franchise partners, ensuring brand consistency across markets.
  • Use Workfront to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables.
