Description

We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Specialistto join our Marketing Agency team. This role requires a creative professional who can manage social media strategies and produce high-quality visual content that engages audiences and strengthens our clients’ brands.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of social media trends, and the ability to work on multiple projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities of Social Media Specialist

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Create engaging content calendars, captions, and campaigns tailored to each brand’s voice.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget allocation, and reporting.
  • Stay updated with social media algorithms, tools, and industry trends to keep clients ahead of competitors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Experience with social media analytics and advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts, meet deadlines, and adapt to different brand voices.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized team player.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per mont
