Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist with 3–4 years of agency experience managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong content publishing, community management, client communication, reporting, and project coordination skills, with the ability to identify real-time engagement opportunities and ensure timely campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple client accounts. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social media platforms. Own community management, audience engagement, and response handling. Coordinate with content, design, PR, and account management teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Track tasks, follow up on approvals, and manage project timelines across stakeholders. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for real-time engagement and newsjacking. Support real-time engagement on X (Twitter) and other social platforms aligned with client objectives. Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams. Manage client communication and provide regular status updates. Requirements 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Social Media Account Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other major social platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in community management, content publishing, and social media reporting. Strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities. Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. Open to working with overlapping hours to support US-based clients. Preferred Experience working in a digital marketing or social media agency environment. Experience handling US-based or international clients.
