POSITION SUMMARY

HR1Systems is a boutique HR technology and payroll consulting firm helping organizations optimize their HRIS, payroll, and HCM systems with expertise, precision, and Total Luxury Care (TLC). We are looking for a Social Media Manager with 3–5 years of experience to build and manage our growing digital presence. This individual will create engaging content, manage campaigns, and help position HR1Systems as a trusted thought leader in HR technology, payroll compliance, and AI-driven HR solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HR1Systems’ presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative content that highlights HR1Systems’ services, client success stories, event participation, and thought leadership.
  • Support HR1Systems’ marketing initiatives by aligning social campaigns with webinars, speaking engagements, and product/service launches.
  • Manage and be to producer of our podcast called “When Worlds Unite: HR and AI”
  • Engage with HR professionals, clients, and partners to foster community and brand advocacy.
  • Monitor trends in HR technology and payroll to keep content timely and relevant.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content for stronger engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure content reflects HR1Systems’ values of innovation, inclusivity, and service excellence.
  • Support and collaborate with our Events Planning Manager for all our conference and social events and sponsorship partners and programs.
