Key Responsibilities ●Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to drive growth and engagement. ●Plan, script, and oversee platform-native content including reels, shorts, memes, posts, and stories. ●Monitor trends, challenges, and formats; adapt them to amplify brand storytelling. ●Manage daily posting, captions, and community interactions to ensure a consistent brand voice. ●Build and manage influencer and creator collaborations, including partnerships with influencer agencies. ●Create influencer briefs to ensure content consistency, quality, and brand alignment. ●Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools; apply insights to optimise strategies. ●Conduct competitor analysis, platform audits, and ROI measurement for campaigns. ●Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for unified communication across all touchpoints. Requirements ●2-4 years of proven experience in social media management, content strategy, or a hybrid creative role OR you are a creator (Min 15k followers) with 2-3 years of work ex OR you have worked in agency and run campaigns for brands scaling their social media ●Should be a self-starter (able to use Canva/Insta editor to edit videos if needed). Must work like a creator and should be comfortable on camera. ●Demonstrated success in scaling Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn handles. ●Strong understanding of algorithms, content formats, and platform-native behaviors. ●Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and UGC campaigns. ●Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills. ●Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools. ●Basic video editing and creative content production skills are a plus. ●Agency background or experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously is an advantage. ●Good to have: being a micro creator What We Offer ●Opportunity to lead social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit) for a fast-growing consumer brand. ●Exposure to influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, and creator collaborations. ●A culture that encourages experimentation, fresh ideas, and innovation.
