OVERVIEW- (ONSITE)

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Strategist to lead our
brand’s digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, planning,
and executing content strategies across social media platforms to drive engagement, brand
awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with

business goals.

• Plan, create, and oversee engaging content for platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.

• Conduct audience research and analyze insights to optimize content performance.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new platform features.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, hashtags, and creative formats.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) in social media strategy, content creation, or digital

marketing.

• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business

Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand identity.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
