Who You Are:

  • English Native or equivalent fluency.
  • 4–5 years of social media experience with a proven track record in developing and executing high-impact strategies that drive engagement and business results.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with exceptional writing, editing, and content curation abilities tailored for diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Design-savvy and visually fluent, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva to produce compelling, on-brand visual assets.
  • Data-driven mindset, proficient in scheduling and analytics tools to measure performance, extract insights, and refine strategy.
  • Collaborative and organized team player, able to align social content with broader business goals, manage multiple projects, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Extra Credit:

  • Experience or strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty industries, with a deep understanding of their dynamics and trends is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B or Saas/tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Social Media Strategist is a highly motivated professional with expertise in social media strategy, content production, and platform-specific optimization, blending both creative and analytical skills. This global role is key to the Marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing a robust social media strategy that strengthens the company’s voice, enhances brand perception and engages target audiences across multiple platforms.
Reporting to the VP of Brand & Communications, the Social Media Strategist will lead social storytelling and content distribution initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of social media plans for impactful marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives.
  • Write, schedule, and refine social media content that reflects our brand voice, tailoring messaging for each platform.
  • Produce high-quality social assets (including static and video - ie. Reels), collaborating with the design team to ensure brand-aligned aesthetics.
  • Drive platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & TikTok), using performance insights to optimize tactics.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of social media performance, extracting insights for optimization and KPI reporting.
  • Establish and refine a hashtag strategy, assessing its effectiveness to enhance content discoverability and engagement.
  • Develop and implement localized and global social plans, ensuring a consistent brand presence across markets.
  • Collaborate with broader marketing teams to maintain an aligned and streamlined social media workflow.
  • Oversee community management and maintain brand-aligned audience responses and engagement
  • Act as a key point of contact for social listening, identifying trends and opportunities in the fashion, luxury, and beauty sectors.
  • Build and execute holistic, multi-week social media campaigns to promote key assets like reports and whitepapers, extracting insights and crafting targeted storytelling to engage and attract diverse buyer personas.
  • Continuously improve content production processes, ensuring the correct tools are in place to provide efficient and timely delivery of social media initiatives.
