We are a boutique digital marketing agency, working with creators & local businesses, and we’re looking for someone to join our team who is equally obsessed with both CREATIVE + ANALYTICS.
This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art of storytelling and obsesses over the science and analytics involved with creating effective content in today’s social media climate.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media strategies is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create compelling narratives that align with brand identity.
  • Strong analytical skills — able to turn metrics into strategy.

  • Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook & TikTok Advertising, to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation processes including proofreading, editing, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
