Description Classification: Non-Exempt Type: Full Time Reports to: Director of Marketing Date: September 2025 Summary/Objective This position is responsible for oversight of growth and presence on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Position Requirements Research, create, deliver, and optimize content for conversion within all marketing materials and campaigns, including B2B sales support/lead generation, B2C website sales and brand storytelling. Develop marketing communications campaigns and fresh story ideas, as well as coordinate flow of information and communication, disseminate it according to plan/strategy and track deadlines on a content calendar for the design and marketing team. Develop and execute e-mail marketing content creation with templates, workflows, customer tracking, sales integration and automation. Monitor, report and optimize analytics related to website traffic, goal completions, sales, channel growth, etc. Plan, deliver and manage all promotions and product launches on the Silipint website, including assets, ads, product copywriting, blog posts, general website maintenance, content calendar tracking and sales support. Plan, coordinate and deliver creative social media outreach, posting and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Research and facilitate new content for collaborations with other companies, public relations initiatives, events, press or media coverage, and watch industry trends. Create and distribute customer surveys, develop case studies and optimize lead generation activities for direct consumer and business services. Facilitate, plan and attend events, seminars, trade shows and media outreach efforts to grow sales and brand presence. Assist with daily customer service inquiries on social media platforms and walk-in traffic. Travel This position typically travels to tradeshows and events. Requirements Required Education and Experience High-school diploma. One year of direct experience. Proficient technical skills with a design acumen related to consumer product marketing. Creative copy writing and excellent verbal and written communication skills both with internal and external customers. Ability to handle multiple requests and projects simultaneously, coordinate content calendar, as well as meet deadlines as needed. Understanding of website coding, troubleshooting, search engine optimization and current digital marketing trends and tactics. Ability to brainstorm, contribute creatively and present ideas in a clear and effective way. Hyper-organized, with the ability to work independently and be a self-starter. Positive, upbeat team player with unique ideas who can delegate tasks and recruit help.
