We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation in the chiropractic niche. This role will create, manage, and optimize multi-platform content campaigns that inspire, educate, and convert our target audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing—preferably in a coaching, healthcare, or niche B2B market.
  • Proven track record of growing brand presence and generating leads through social platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and formats.
  • Proficient in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with paid social campaigns, A/B testing, and retargeting ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with chiropractic, wellness, or small business growth markets preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Social Media Strategist is responsible for planning and executing TRP’s content marketing strategy across all relevant platforms—Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging channels. You will be both a creative storyteller and a data-driven marketer, leveraging TRP’s proven systems to grow our brand authority, expand our audience, and generate qualified leads for our coaching programs, events, and specialized offerings.
