Who you are: As a Social Media Strategist, you are an advanced social media expert with 2-3 years of experience in community management, content analysis, and social communications strategy. You have a comprehensive understanding of each client’s social identity, strategy and goals, and have demonstrated advanced proficiency in native social media platforms and third party tools for content management and publishing. You are proactive in following competitive and real-time trends through a socially strategic lens, and possess an advanced understanding of reporting metrics and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on social communications plan. You have displayed competence in navigating more complex, strategic needs in a client-facing role and have a robust understanding of paid social strategy and capabilities. What you'll be doing: Overseeing community management, including customer service and platform engagement strategy and execution Conducting advanced data analysis and content analysis to inform social communications strategy Leading the calendar creation process, from strategic planning to client review and final product Managing influencer and partnership programs Proactively following competitive and real-time trends through a socially strategic lens Providing comprehensive reporting and analysis on social media performance Navigating more complex, strategic needs in a client-facing role Collaborating with paid social team to ensure integrated social media campaigns What you bring: 2-3 years of experience in community management, content analysis, and social communications strategy Comprehensive understanding of each client’s social identity, strategy and goals Advanced proficiency in native social media platforms and third party tools for content management and publishing Ability to lead the calendar creation process, from strategic planning to client review and final product Proactive in following competitive and real-time trends through a socially strategic lens Advanced understanding of reporting metrics and the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on social communications plan Competence in navigating more complex, strategic needs in a client-facing role Robust understanding of paid social strategy and capabilities Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field Why you'll want to work at Tombras: Family - It comes first, on every list.
