JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist to join our agency team. You will be responsible for developing social strategies that bring brands to life across digital channels, driving engagement, reach, and measurable business impact. As part of an integrated team of creatives, planners, and account leads, you’ll translate brand insights into thumb-stopping content and innovative campaigns that push boundaries and deliver results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a digital or advertising agency, with a strong track record of developing and executing social campaigns for brands.
  • Solid understanding of content marketing, paid social, and community engagement.
  • Ability to synthesize insights, trends, and data into compelling strategic recommendations.
  • Strong grasp of tone, storytelling, and visual identity across different social channels.
  • Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and client presentations.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
