At Who’s Listening, we’re a work-from-home, full-service marketing agency specialising in social media, websites, and video. We’re into year 4 of business and proud to be growing fast, working with clients across a wide range of sectors - and now we’re looking for the next creative to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong skillset in video editing, who also enjoys the strategy and relationship side of social media management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll need to bring creativity, energy, and great organisational skills. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A strong video editing portfolio – applications without this won’t be considered.
  • Confident editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Comfortable filming content using DSLR/mirrorless cameras or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands.
  • Proactive and self-motivated - able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • UK driving licence.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE: WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your time will be split between two key areas:
1. Who’s Listening Podcast, Marketing & Content
You’ll be running point on our podcast content - this will include everything from idea generation and shooting to editing and publishing, across both long-form (YouTube) and short-form (social media shorts). You’ll bring your creativity to shape our video strategy, produce high-quality edits, and ensure consistency across platforms.
2. Client Account Management
You’ll manage social media for a small group of clients, handling everything from content planning and creation to posting and community management. You’ll be the main point of contact, building strong relationships, understanding their goals, and delivering engaging content that gets results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, shoot, and edit long- and short-form podcast episodes.
  • Edit video content using Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent).
  • Manage and grow social media accounts for a range of clients.
  • Design engaging graphics, edit images, and write ’on-brand’ captions.
  • Create content calendars and schedule content across platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with communities on social media.
  • Attend client content days and occasional in-person meetings.
  • Report on performance and suggest creative ways to improve results.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team on ideas and new business.
