Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Experience in All-source intelligence analysis, social network analysis, or link analysis within the defense or intelligence community.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools and methodologies for network analysis, link charting, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with intelligence analysis processes, multi-source data integration, and supporting operational planning teams or working groups.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION:

  • Experience supporting USINDOPACOM.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth All-source link and social network analysis using advanced techniques to assess and disrupt threat networks, identify information gaps, and support collection strategies.
  • Collaborating with regional All-source analysts and intelligence community partners to identify vulnerable malign actors and operational response opportunities.
  • Creating comprehensive network diagrams and visualizations of state and non-state threat actors using All-source intelligence and analytic tools.
  • Demonstrating mastery of analytic methodologies and adhering to intelligence community tradecraft standards in producing intelligence products.
  • Evaluating intelligence community products and submitting collection requirements to national-level collectors to address intelligence needs.
  • Coordinating with U.S. Embassy Country Teams, interagency partners, and component commands to support lead generation and target prioritization.
  • Assessing information gaps and predicting areas for enhanced collection based on collection strategies and Requests for Information (RFI).
