We scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio. YOUR MISSION Build the social world around We Need To Talk. As We Need To Talk’s Social Producer, you’ll create and edit high-impact short-form content and steer the social strategy for the show - turning episodes into moments, moments into movements, and viewers into a loyal community. You’ll shape and scale the social voice of one of the most influential shows in the world through platform-native storytelling, relentless experimentation, and AI-enhanced workflows. This role is for someone who lives and breathes content, sees audience attention as currency, and believes social media should directly drive cultural relevance, growth, and real business results. OUTCOMES Within 6–12 months, you’ll have launched, scaled, and optimised We Need To Talks social channels You’ll deliver double-digit audience growth through platform-native content and AI-optimised workflows. You’ll create repeatable, standout content formats that drive conversation, attract new viewers, and deepen fan loyalty. Episodes will feel like cultural events on social — with your work turning viewers into advocates and ambassadors for the show. You’ll have built a high-performance content engine for We Need To Talk that balances speed, quality, experimentation, and brand consistency. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Social Media Expertise – You deeply understand platform behaviours, trends, and mechanics across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube — and know how to win on each. AI-Driven Execution – You actively use AI tools to enhance creativity, workflow speed, ideation, editing, and performance optimisation. Creative Instincts – You instinctively know what makes short-form content resonate and can turn long-form podcast moments into scroll-stopping clips. Data-Led Thinking – You use analytics and insight to guide creative decisions — not just report on them. Operational Speed – You move quickly without compromising quality, adapting in real-time to platform shifts and cultural moments. Collaborative Energy – You work closely with producers, editors, and brand teams to extend the story of We Need To Talk beyond the episode. Podcast-Fluent – You understand the nuance of audio-first storytelling and know how to translate depth and emotion into high-performing social content. Moves fast and thinks in systems — building repeatable formats, experimenting relentlessly, and using AI to scale output without losing taste or brand consistency.
