Greystones is seeking a qualified Senior Social Scientist to support the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), developing cybersecurity, data analytics, and IT capabilities. This role will focus on strategic planning, specifically responsible for the development of plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a segment of IRS programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset to effectively contribute to program success

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors Degree in Social Science, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in strategic planning, program management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to develop actionable strategies based on analytical insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
