• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of social service programs tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Manage and supervise a team of social workers and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance service offerings.
• Monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with funding requirements and regulations.
