You will develop and coordinate educational in-services You will conduct the assessment of all potential residents You will engage in activities and processes directed by your Director Requirements Social Services Coordinator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or better in social work, human services, or a related field. At least 4 years of experience in direct care of individuals with psychiatric disorders Experience in skilled nursing facilities Experience with PAN Excellent communication and relationship building skills
