Ton futur commence ici Conseiller les collaboratrices et collaborateurs sur des questions personnelles, sociales et de santé avec une approche orientée solutions et ressources Assurer la gestion de cas dans des situations complexes comme les absences prolongées et la réinsertion et coordonner les parties prenantes internes et externes Accompagner les responsables dans des situations de gestion délicates et apporter un soutien concret et expert Identifier les tendances et les besoins et contribuer activement au développement de l’offre People Care Travailler de manière transverse au sein de l’équipe et mettre à profit un profil généraliste avec une expertise approfondie Tes compétences Bachelor ou Master (Uni/HES/HF) en travail social, psychologie appliquée ou formation équivalente Expérience en conseil social en entreprise, en gestion de cas ou dans des domaines proches Pensée systémique et solides compétences de conseil Capacité à structurer des situations complexes et à coordonner efficacement différents acteurs Empathie, sens de la discrétion et communication claire Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et goût pour le travail interdisciplinaire Esprit de collaboration, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités Excellentes connaissances du français et bonnes connaissances de l’anglais et bonne compréhension de l’allemand With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in your home office.
