Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we will serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units as we continue to open in 2025 and into 2026.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Social Services Supervisor is responsible to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of inpatient clinical provisions and provides for clinical leadership. The Social Services Supervisor carries a caseload of clients and/or group therapy as necessary, depending on staffing, census, and other considerations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Masters Degree required.
Experience: A minimum of three years’ experience in a psychiatric health-care facility required. Previous Supervison experience preferred.
License: Active MA Level License in the state of Michigan (LMSW)
