Responsibilities
  • Assist in the programming of Social Competitions, Social Sessions and other sporting events on campus.
  • Handle customer complaints, escalate complaints to the Duty Manager or a senior staff member as required.
  • Update and manage competition related administration through competition software.
  • Provide first aid assistance during programs ensuring all first aid incidents are reported to the Duty Manager and relevant paperwork completed.
  • Assist in the recruitment of referees and provide feedback on their performance to the Coordinator, School and Social Sport.
  • Document participation and report on attendance numbers.
  • Maintain equipment and report on missing or damaged equipment as soon as possible
